Union Yoga + Wellness ("us", "we", or "our") operates the site unionyogastudio.ca as well as booking apps and platforms related to services and information that we offer in-person and online.


ABOUT THIS DOCUMENT

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving our services and all platforms related to your bookings, purchases, and communications with us, as well as your Union client profile and account.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
You may be asked to provide us with personal information  ("personal info") that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal Info may include, but is not limited to your name, address, e-mail address, or telephone number.
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us.

We may use your Personal Info to contact you with Service Updates, Heath & Safety updates and if opted-in or if you have used our Trial Pass, or have opted in: with information that may include newsletters, marketing or promotional materials that you may benefit from while being a customer of our business.

We will not disclose personal information that you provide on our sites to any third parties except: i) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, or ii) to comply with legal requirements such as a law, regulation, warrant, subpoena or court order, and/or iii) if you are reporting an adverse event/side effect, in which case the we may be required to disclose such information to bodies such as, but not limited to, Canadian and/or international regulatory authorities. Union Yoga complies with Canadian Federal and Provincial privacy laws and regulations including the Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use best practices and commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Info, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Note that this Privacy Policy does not to third-party web sites of other companies or organizations to which ours may be linked (example: the companies ClassPass, JaneApp, etc…).  Any links to third-party businesses are for your convenience, may gather your data differently, and are linked to Union Yoga for informational purposes only.  Please make yourself aware of third-party sites' unique Privacy Policies.
